Welcome to the City of Selah Planning Department website. The Planning Commission consists of five non-elected citizen representatives who review and consider land use proposals and comprehensive planning documents, and then recommend modifications or adoption to the Selah City Council.
Recently, the Commission reviewed and recommended adoption of the three plans listed below. Since adopted by the Selah City Council, these documents establish development goals and policies guiding future land use decisions within the Selah Urban Growth Area.
The City encourages interested citizens, especially residents within the Selah Urban Growth Area boundary and the Selah School district boundary, to review these "Draft" documents via the internet, at the Selah City Library, or purchase a copy at the Selah Planning Department, 113 S. Second St., Selah.

PLANNING COMMISSION MEETINGS
Planning Commission meets on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month at 6:00 PM at Selah City Hall, 115 W. Naches Ave., Selah when commission business is pending. Please feel free to attend any of these meetings.
